Leadership Team
Community Bible is based on a plurality of leadership which primarily consists of four categories: Ministry Directors, Staff, Trustees, and Community Group Leaders. Ministry Directors serve as the governing board of the church. They are the macro-leaders of the church overseeing its ministries, shepherding its people, and governing its resources. The staff is charged with the day-to-day leadership of the church. The Trustees provide assistance and advice to the Ministry Directors, specifically in the area of physical and financial resources. Home Group leaders function as servants to the body, pastoring their circle of influence.
