Fri., March 2 @ 6pm – Sat., March 3 @ noon
A retreat for 4th-6th graders and their dads. We’ll meet on Friday at 6pm on the Fort Smith campus and caravan to the retreat location (6 miles north of Charleston). You’ll need: a tent or camper (unless you want to sleep under the stars), sleeping bags, a change of clothes (outdoor shoes/boots), fishing tackle, flashlights, a rain jacket, your Bible, and a pen. Serve Community : Honduras Mission Trip

A group from Community will travel back to Honduras this year. They will partner with Manos Extendidas, led by Alvin Anderson, in their work with orphans, children who are incarcerated and live on the street, construction of single family homes, medical and many other opportunities. Join this group as they seek to be a part of what God is doing among the nations. The trip is limited to 12 people so please sign up as soon as possible to ensure a spot. The Vision

We seek to be a vibrant body of believers from all socio-economic, generational, racial, and ethnic backgrounds that find unity in the gospel of Jesus Christ.

We desire to serve the 72904 zip code of Fort Smith.

The Plan

We will add to the current membership of Community Bible North Fort Smith building a core group of committed volunteers that will eventually launch regular weekend services, host multiple small groups, have a vibrant ministry to children, and have effective ministry to those who have a need to know Christ and those that know what its like to have a need in their lives.

How To Get Involved

Become part of the core group committed to make this ministry become a reality.
Commit to a short term of service to assist those who are involved.
Commit to pray regularly for those involved.
Offer a one-time gift toward this work.
Commit to give regularly to this work.
Identify and inform friends and co-workers who do not attend a church regularly.
Give, attend, and volunteer at your current location.

Today is the last day for Community Baseball sign-ups. Please sign up in the foyer.
There will be mandatory coaches meeting for all Community Bible coaches on Sun., Feb. 12, in the Learning Center on the Fort Smith campus following the 2nd service. There will also be a mandatory meeting for all players, parents and coaches on Mon., Feb. 20 at 6pm in the Worship Center on the Fort Smith campus. All players and at least one parent must attend this meeting. Serve Community – Help the Homeless

On Wed., Jan. 25, the Van Buren campus will be leading worship and feeding the homeless in our community at The Hope at Riverfront Church in Fort Smith. We are collecting sleeping bags, tents, bath towels and batteries (D,C,AA, AAA) for them to take on this day. If you have items you would like to donate, please drop them off at Guest Services.
