Spring 2009 Teaching Series #2: Appearances

The resurrection of Jesus from the dead changes everything. It was true of those who first saw him and it is true for us today. In this five week series through the last two chapters of John's gospel we will see the disciples of Jesus struggling to come to grips with the meaning of this new life. From Mary's confusion to the skepticism of Thomas, from the fear of the disciples to the shame of Peter, in their struggle we will see ourselves. In Jesus, we will see the opportunity for transformation.
